Your financial inputs stay in the browser.
This page explains the data flows in the Prosperity Financial Tools website and its free Rental Deal Quick Check. It also explains what happens when you leave for Etsy or YouTube or contact Support.
Quick Check entries and results
The Quick Check runs calculations in your browser. It requires no account, bank connection, or email. Deal, financing, and operating inputs, along with calculated results, stay in the active page session. Prosperity does not receive or store those values on its servers. Refreshing or closing the tab clears the analysis; it cannot be recovered from Prosperity. Do not include sensitive information in a URL, browser address bar, or support message.
Site operations
When you visit a website, the hosting provider necessarily processes technical request information such as your IP address, browser details, requested page, and time to deliver the site and maintain security. Cloudflare Pages is the hosting provider; its infrastructure handles the page request. Prosperity does not use a customer account or a financial-input database for this site.
Analytics
We do not currently use a website analytics tracker. If Prosperity later enables page and limited interaction measurement, we will update this policy before activation. Financial inputs, calculated results, addresses, and free text will not be sent to analytics. Calculator operation will not depend on analytics.
External services and support
Links to Etsy and YouTube open their services, which have their own privacy practices. Etsy handles product checkout, order information, payment, and downloads. A YouTube player loads on our Rental page only after you choose to play it; YouTube then handles playback. Google provides our support email service. If you email Support, we receive the message and address you provide and use them to respond or resolve the question. Support messages remain in that mailbox until deleted as part of ordinary correspondence management; we do not promise a fixed deletion period. Providers may process information in countries where they operate. Please do not send bank details, credentials, or a full deal analysis. Purchase-specific help should be requested through your Etsy order.
Choices and contact
You can use the free Quick Check without sharing your financial numbers with Prosperity and can clear the page by refreshing or closing the tab. For a privacy question or a request about a support email you sent, contact prosperityfinancialtools@gmail.com. We may need enough information to find the message. This page will be updated if the website’s data practices change.
