Your financial inputs stay in the browser.
This page explains the data flows in the Prosperity Financial Tools website and its free Rental Deal Quick Check and Debt Payoff Quick Check. It also explains optional site analytics and what happens when you leave for Etsy or YouTube or contact Support.
Quick Check entries and results
The Quick Check runs calculations in your browser. It requires no account, bank connection, or email. Deal, financing, and operating inputs are kept in tab-scoped browser session storage solely so they can survive a refresh or a same-tab visit to a guide or the Rental Analyzer. The values remain in your browser and are not transmitted to Prosperity or sent to analytics. Calculated results are not stored; if you return to Results, the tool recomputes them from the stored inputs. Closing the tab or choosing Start over clears the values. This does not create a persistent account or cloud save. Do not include sensitive information in a URL, browser address bar, or support message.
Site operations
When you visit a website, the hosting provider necessarily processes technical request information such as your IP address, browser details, requested page, and time to deliver the site and maintain security. Cloudflare Pages is the hosting provider; its infrastructure handles the page request. Prosperity does not use a customer account or a financial-input database for this site.
Debt Payoff Quick Check
The Debt Payoff Quick Check also runs entirely in your browser. Debt names, balances, rates, minimum payments and your extra payment are kept only in tab-scoped session storage and are never sent to Prosperity or analytics. Start over clears the entered debts.
Optional analytics
On the Debt Payoff Quick Check page, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and performance without analytics cookies. It loads only after you allow analytics, respecting the same footer Analytics choices. The only custom event on that page is a click on the tagged Debt Freedom Planner Etsy button, counted through the existing consent-based Google Analytics setup using only a fixed page identifier and button placement. No debt inputs or results are included. Google Analytics page-view reporting is disabled on that page.
Prosperity uses Google Analytics 4 Standard only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Before that choice, the Google Analytics script does not load, no analytics request is sent, and no analytics cookie is set. If you decline, the site records that choice in your browser’s local storage and Google Analytics remains off. If you allow analytics, the site records that choice locally and Google may set first-party _ga cookies configured for a 90-day lifetime. You can reopen Analytics choices in the footer and change your selection.
When allowed, analytics measures page visits, general acquisition information such as a referring site or campaign tag, and four limited events: Quick Check started, Quick Check completed, Rental Analyzer viewed, and Etsy outbound link clicked. Event properties contain only a page identifier and, for an Etsy click, a broad page placement. Google Analytics may also process technical information used to provide measurement, such as browser or device information, IP address, and approximate location. Prosperity disables advertising storage, Google Signals, ad personalization, and additional account data sharing for this property.
Financial inputs, calculated results, purchase price, rent, financing terms, expenses, cash flow, cap rate, DSCR, addresses, and free text are not sent to Google Analytics. Form-field contents are not tracked. Calculator operation does not depend on analytics, and declining analytics does not limit the tool.
External services and support
Links to Etsy and YouTube open their services, which have their own privacy practices. Etsy handles product checkout, order information, payment, and downloads. A YouTube player loads on our Rental page only after you choose to play it; YouTube then handles playback. Google provides our support email service. If you email Support, we receive the message and address you provide and use them to respond or resolve the question. Support messages remain in that mailbox until deleted as part of ordinary correspondence management; we do not promise a fixed deletion period. Providers may process information in countries where they operate. Please do not send bank details, credentials, or a full deal analysis. Purchase-specific help should be requested through your Etsy order.
Choices and contact
You can use the free Quick Check without sharing your financial numbers with Prosperity. Choosing Start over or closing the browser tab clears its tab-scoped session values. For a privacy question or a request about a support email you sent, contact prosperityfinancialtools@gmail.com. We may need enough information to find the message. This page will be updated if the website’s data practices change.
